Yeast Food
It is a mixture of mineral salts, free of oxidants and a moisture scavenger to prevent caking. When added to a dough of wheat flour to make bread, it supplies the necessary minerals for the conditioning of water and gluten and nutrients for the yeast.
This product is made with raw materials allowed for use in food according to the agreement by which the additives and coadjuvants are determined. For dosage and limitations, consult the NOM of the product where it will be applied.
