Snackpol (Baking Powder)

It is a mixture of sodium bicarbonate with an acid salt, a bark / grain improver and an excipient. The acid salt reacts with the sodium bicarbonate, as a result of the reaction, CO2 is released and other sodium salts are formed, which condition the paste, and the acid salt is responsible for the reaction speed of the baking powder. It is a leavening chemical that helps form the fluffy structure in the product.
